The Days Of Our Lives (DOOL) scoop for the week of May 17 hints Jan Spears (Heather Lindell) will fall for Shawn Brady’s (Brandon Beemer) act.
Also coming up next week, Chanel Dupree (Precious Way) will get an eyeful and a heartbroken Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) gets served divorce papers. Plus, Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney) and Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo) try to escape and Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) will kiss Tripp Dalton (Lucas Adams).
Spoilers tease Tripp will arrive at Allie’s door with flowers. She’ll be touched by his kind gesture and will reward him with a kiss. Viewers know these two have a complicated history. Allie initially thought Tripp sexually assaulted her in London but found out later it was actually Charlie Dale (Mike Manning). Now Tripp and Allie may be headed for coupledom.

Over with Ben, who will be devastated when he receives divorce papers from Ciara Brady (Victoria Konefal). He’ll turn to his friend Claire Brady (Isabel Durant) for support. However, in an attempt to comfort Ben, Claire will lay a big smooch on him. But how will Ben react?

Meanwhile, Chanel will be stunned when she sees Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) in the buff. The DOOL weekly preview shows she’ll walk in as he’s reaching for something in a cupboard. And the towel around his waist will conveniently fall to the ground as Chanel’s mouth falls open.
Over with Sami and Lucas, who will desperately try to escape the DiMera tunnels, where they’re being held captive by Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk). Sami will sit on Lucas’ shoulders as she tries to remove a ceiling tile. Unfortunately, it won’t work out so well and she’ll tumble off his shoulders with a mouth full of dust.

Finally, Shawn and Belle Black (Martha Madison) will pretend to have a huge argument in Horton Square. But it’s all just a ruse to make Jan think they’re on the outs. And it’ll work. Because before long, Jan will give plant a big smooch on him.
Belle and Shawn are hoping he can get a confession out of Jan, Charlie’s real killer. But it looks like John Black (Drake Hogestyn) won’t be down with their plan. He feels like she’s way too dangerous to play games with. Will Shawn and Belle takes John’s advice and back off?
