The Days Of Our Lives (DOOL) scoop for the week of May 8 hints at a special tribute to Deidre Hall’s (Marlena Evans) 5000th episode on the sudser.
Also coming up this week, Nicole Walker (Arienne Zucker) will tell Anna DiMera (Leann Hunley) about her dilemma. Plus, a plan to rescue Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow) is put into action. And Alex DiMera (Robert Scott Wilson) and Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) will hope for the best.
DOOL spoilers tease Alex and Stephanie will meet with a businessman named Yuri (Million Dollar Listing’s Josh Flagg). They’ll be hoping to drum up some important business for Titan. “I’m a baller man, I came here to play,” Yuri tells them in the DOOL weekly preview.
DOOL Weekly Scoop – Anna Learns Of Nicole’s Dilemma
Over with Anna, who will encourage Nicole to spill the tea. “Nothing shocks me anymore, whatever it is, just lay it on me,” Anna will say to her. “I’m pregnant and I don’t know if the father is EJ or Eric,” Nicole will reply. But by the look on her face, Anna may immediately regret her words.
Meanwhile, Harris Michaels (Steve Burton), Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) and Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) will come across information about where Kate could be. So, they’ll come up with a plan to liberate her from her captors. But will they succeed?
Other DOOL spoilers tease EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) will confront Nicole about sleeping with Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan). Plus, Talia Hunter (Aketra Sevillain) will confide in Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu). But will she admit anything to her sister? And Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) and Gabi Hernandez (Camila Banus) will continue to rattle EJ.
Days Of Our Lives Scoop – First Appearance On June 21, 1976
Finally, John Black (Drake Hogestyn) will take his wife out for dinner at Brady’s Pub, to celebrate her career. Then viewers will be treated to flashbacks of Marlena’s incredible history on DOOL, including her very first appearance on June 21, 1976. “New around here?” Mickey Horton (the late John Clarke) asked her. “Kind of, I’m a psychiatrist,” she replied.
“You are a true legend,” John will tell Marlena, as he raises a glass to her. And fans couldn’t agree more. Congratulations to Deidre Hall on 5000 episodes – here’s to many more to come!
