The Bold And The Beautiful (B&B) scoop for Thursday, December 21 reveals Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) will fret over her decision.
Also coming up, Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) will find himself in an even more troubling situation, when Finn (Tanner Novlan) and Bridget Forrester (Ashley Jones) present him with another option.
B&B spoilers tease Finn and Bridget will give Ridge yet another tough choice regarding treatment for Eric Forrester (John McCook). But will he take them up on it?
B&B Daily Scoop – Bridget Was Not Exactly Optimistic
On Wednesday, after Dr. Martin (Cirie Fields) examined Eric, Bridget was not exactly optimistic. “I’m just wondering if Ridge was right and we should have just let him go, painlessly and peacefully,” she said to Finn. “I don’t want to see him struggle like this.”
So, once again, Ridge will be forced to make another untenable choice about his father. And he’ll probably start to wish, if he hasn’t already, that Eric had never given him power of attorney to begin with.
Meanwhile, as Eric lies in his hospital bed, hooked up to tubes and monitors, Steffy will worry about her own decision. Viewers will recall, she fought with Ridge when he wanted to pull the plug on Eric.
Bold And The Beautiful Scoop – Steffy Wants Eric To Fight
But, much like Bridget, she’s not so sure if she should have argued with her father. “Is it selfish that I want you to fight?” she asked Eric on Wednesday. “Fight to come back to us, to me? Did we not honor your wishes? Is it my fault?”
Of course, Steffy was also supporting her husband and what seemed like a miraculous option to save her grandfather. But as Eric remains on life support and unable to breathe on his own, will she begin to suspect that maybe her father was right? Should they have just let Eric die with dignity?
