As viewers know, Dollar Bill is threatening to send Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) to prison for shooting him in the back. That is, unless Steffy and Finn drop the charges against Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown).

Of course, Steffy will continue to be angry with Bill for bringing up her sordid past, and for threatening her mother’s freedom.
