The Bold And The Beautiful (B&B) scoop reveals Kiara Barnes will be leaving her role as Forrester Creations model Zoe Buckingham.
The actress has landed a gig as Rubo Okoro, one of three central characters on the Fox reboot of the classic 1970s series Fantasy Island.
“Soooo…the cat is officially out of the bag! I’m so excited to be joining the cast for FANTASY ISLAND on FOX!!!” Barnes announced on social media. “I’m so grateful for everyone who made this possible. Dreams really do come true. Continue to believe, and you will receive. Cheers to a new adventure!”

Zoe landed in LA back in 2018. She was in town hoping to win back her boyfriend Xander Avant (Adain Bradley). She was also part of the main B&B storyline in 2019, when her father Reese Buckingham (Wayne Brady) kidnapped and sold baby Beth in order to protect her from his creditors.

There’s no word yet from B&B producers on whether the character of Zoe will be recast. Viewers know she’s currently working overtime trying to win back the affections of her ex-fiancé Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint Victor). Plus, her sister Paris Buckingham (Diamond White) is also on the B&B canvas.
However, if Zoe doesn’t return for awhile, it could open the door to a potential romance between Quinn Forrester (Rena Sofer) and Carter. These two had an eye opening conversation the other day. And then Quinn got an eyeful when Carter came downstairs half-dressed.
