The Bold And The Beautiful (B&B) scoop reveals that it’s possible Bill Spencer (Don Diamont), not Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton), is the father of Steffy Forrester’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) daughter Kelly.
After he recently hit Steffy with his vehicle, putting her in the hospital, Bill stood by her bedside, telling her that when the accident happened, he had been on his way to see Kelly. He’d had a particularly bad day – Katie Logan (Heather Tom) had just informed him he would not be moving back in with her and their son.
“She’s her mother’s daughter,” he said to Steffy, describing Kelly. “Beautiful. Strong. Totally kick ass.” But was he describing his granddaughter or his daughter?

Of course, fans will recall that in late 2017, after Steffy freaked out over Liam kissing Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope), she took off to spend some time alone at the Forrester cabin. Then Bill showed up and the two of them ended up sleeping together, something Steffy regretted almost instantly.

A couple of weeks later, she found out she was pregnant. Terrified the child wasn’t her husband Liam’s, Steffy headed to the hospital and arranged to take a secret paternity test.
As she awaited the test results, Bill just happened to be there as well. What exactly was he doing there? Was he changing the results so they would state that Liam was the father?

Steffy’s new man has also just arrived on the scene in the guise of Dr. Finnegan (Tanner Novlan). But Executive Producer Bradley Bell had stated there will be many men after Steffy before she settles down with one. Will one of those men be Bill?
