The Bold And The Beautiful (B&B) scoop reveals Vasthy Mompoint has landed the role of Dr. Ricks, according to Soap Opera Digest. She will debut on Thursday, April 8.
Spoilers tease Dr. Ricks may be treating someone in relation to the murder mystery that’s coming up next week.
The only details released about the mystery so far is the potential victims. The list consists of Shauna Fulton (Denise Richards), Flo Logan (Katrina Bowden), Katie Logan (Heather Tom), Dr. Finnegan (Tanner Novlan), Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) and Vinny Walker (Joe LoCicero).

It has already been revealed however that Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) will cover up whatever goes down early next week. But whose death will occur and who will Dollar Bill protect?

Mompoint has been acting professionally since 2005, when she voiced the character of Aisha in the Nickelodeon animated series Winx Club. She also appeared in the TV series Split, Lower East Asides, We Are New York, Awkwafina Is Nora From Queens and The Detour.
The actress and singer most recently appeared in an episode of NCIS. She was also featured as a performer in the Godspell Cast of the hit Netflix movie The Prom. In addition, she has appeared in several Broadway plays including Good Vibrations, Mary Poppins, Hot Feet and Soul Doctor.
Bold And The Beautiful Scoop – Mompoint Founded Kid-Friendly Vasthy’s Friends
Mompoint has worked with people on the autism spectrum for many years and is also the founder of Vasthy’s Friends. The group is a video platform in which Broadway performers compose and choreograph children-friendly programming.
It’s not yet known if Mompoint will be on the B&B canvas permanently, or if she’ll just be appearing in a one or two episodes. But will Dr. Ricks be treating someone who is injured alongside the murder victim or the actual victim?
