The Bold And The Beautiful (B&B) is back in production and cast and crew will return to the set this week, amid strict COVID-19 guidelines.
“So excited to be going back to work this week!! My first day back after 4 months is on Thursday!” Katherine Kelly Lang (Brooke Forrester), posted on her Instagram account on Monday.
“I am soooo happy!! I had to take off my mask for the photo so you could see me smile @boldandbeautifulcbs here we come! Let’s do this! Protocol and all!”

John McCook, who plays Forrester family patriarch Eric Forrester, replied to Lang’s post. “SO great to have CBS Television City welcome us back!! Eyes open to the future…!”
This is great news and B&B fans can hardly contain their excitement. “Wonderful news!” one fan commented. “Lots of love to you all.” Another fan said: “Yaayyy! So exciting!! Can’t wait to see the new shows again!”
Don Diamont, who plays B&B’s Bill Spencer, also shared the news on his Instagram account. “HERE. WE. GO.” he posted. “Every bit of safety protocol imaginable is in place, and @boldandbeautifulcbs is back in production!!! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 LET’S ROLL!!!”
Bold And The Beautiful Scoop – Soap Will Have To Follow COVID-19 Safety Protocols
Filming will have to follow the City of Los Angeles and LA County COVID-19 safety protocols. The cast and crew of the soap were all tested for coronavirus yesterday and will continue to be monitored and tested regularly. B&B has also hired a COVID-19 coordinator, who must be on the set at all times.
The B&B has been renewed through the 2022 season. Bradley Bell, the executive producer, was planning a return since the show shut down in March and had been hoping to restart production in June. It’s rumored that viewers will see new episodes begin to air again in early to mid July.
