The Bold And The Beautiful (B&B) scoop for Tuesday, July 16 reveals Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) will point the finger at Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown).
Also coming up, Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) will remain devastated by the recent turn of events. Plus, Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) will be alarmed by Li and John Finnegan’s (Tanner Novlan) discovery.
B&B spoilers tease Deacon will mourn the loss of two of his friends. Hollis (Hollis W. Chambers) had worked at Il Giardino for a couple of years. Plus, the former conman had just gotten to know Tom Starr (Clint Howard). He even gave him a chance to jumpstart his music career.

Deacon doesn’t believe in coincidences. So, he’ll wonder if someone is targeting his employees and who could be next. And unfortunately, things won’t get better for Deacon anytime soon. He’ll get a notification from the health department that Il Giardino is being shut down.
Meanwhile, Steffy will pay her hubby a visit at the hospital. Like Poppy Nozawa (Romy Park), she’ll want to know why and how Hollis met his untimely end. But what she learns will shock her.
Finn and Li will tell her that, according to the lab report, the Il Giardino bartender had the same drug in his system as Tom. And the drug caused both of their deaths.
Bold And The Beautiful Scoop – Did Sheila Murder The Two Men?
Finally, Li thinks she knows exactly who killed Hollis and Tom. “Hollis was drugged,” she told Poppy and Finn on Monday. “And I know exactly who did it.” No doubt, Poppy will be nervous that her sister is going to accuse her. But she won’t.
Instead, Li will say she believes Sheila murdered the two men, and no doubt Steffy will agree with her. They’ll be so sure of themselves that they’ll drag Deputy Chief Baker (Dan Martin) over to the restaurant on Wednesday. But did Sheila do it?
