The Bold And The Beautiful (B&B) scoop reveals Darin Brooks (Wyatt Spencer) is leaving, after 10 years on the sudser.
“So, many of you have seen that I am no longer in the credits on @boldandbeautifulcbs and after 10 amazing years, it’s time for me to say ‘Until we meet again…’ to Wyatt Spencer,” Brooks posted on Instagram today.
“Honestly, I have to thank the big man, Brad Bell, for having me, you seriously changed my life man! Love and appreciate you, always!” Brooks continued. He also thanked his B&B father Don Diamont (Bill Spencer) and brother Scott Clifton (Liam Spencer). But who’s Liam going to complain to now?

Speaking of Bill Spencer, his portrayer was shocked by the news. “WHAAATTT!!!! I had no idea! You’re not just another actor. You interpret material with originality! The interaction of the Spencer men is not to be taken for granted,” Diamont commented.
“That material is lifted off the page, and turned into what the audience sees with your individual, and exceptional interpretation both dramatically and comedically, and with what the three of us create interacting as a team. You know I love you as an actor, and a person! I am broken hearted.”
Courtney Hope, who previously played Wyatt’s girlfriend Sally Spectra on B&B, also commented on Brooks’ news. “A legend. Truly one of the best on and off screen! So grateful for the time we had!”

But what’s next for the actor? Some Days Of Our Lives fans are hoping he could return to Salem as Max Brady, a role he played from June 2005 to July 2009. Whatever the future holds for Brooks, it’s sure to be bright, but he’ll be sorely missed by B&B fans.
