The Bold And The Beautiful (B&B) scoop for Wednesday, September 23 reveals Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) will make a stunning accusation.
Also, Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) will open up to her mother regarding Liam Spencer’s (Scott Clifton) jealousy issues when it comes to his ex.
Spoilers tease Hope will disclose Liam’s recent actions to Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang). She will tell her mother about how she noticed a spark between Steffy and Dr. Finnegan (Tanner Novlan). But when she told Liam about it, he immediately rushed off to Steffy’s house to talk to her about it.

Of course, Hope is happy that Steffy seems to be moving on with her life. But she’s concerned that Liam doesn’t seem to feel the same way. Brooke will encourage her daughter to be honest with her husband and consider opening up to Liam about how she feels.

What Brooke and Hope won’t expect is Liam returning from Steffy’s with Kelly Spencer (Avalon and Collette Gray) in tow. He will tell the two ladies had no choice but to take his daughter with him.
Liam will explain how he found Steffy passed out on the couch at the cliff house. Then he discovered the stash of drugs she’d hidden and he didn’t feel like Steffy’s place was a safe environment for Kelly.

Moments later, an inebriated Steffy will show up at Brooke’s, demanding that Liam return Kelly to her. When he refuses, she’ll accuse them of kidnapping her daughter. But Hope, Liam and Brooke won’t stand for it.
“You have been abusing pain medication and you have been lying about it,” Hope will tell her. An angry Steffy will laugh and tell Hope she has no idea what she’s talking about. And on Thursday, Steffy will take aim at Brooke.
