The General Hospital (GH) scoop for the week of November 16 hints Jasper Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) will betray Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros).
Also coming up this week, Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) and Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) get closer and Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) seeks Jason Morgan’s (Steve Burton) assistance. Plus, Julian Jerome (William de Vry) will try to turn the tide.
Spoilers tease Sam can clearly see Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) is getting much worse by the day. Not only has she started drinking again but she’s getting staggeringly drunk each time. Sam will feel she has no choice but to try to get her mother into a rehab program and she’ll ask Jason to help her.

It doesn’t look like Sam’s plan will be much of a success, as later in the week a drunken Alexis will poke the bear. Rumor has it she’ll smart mouth Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) and he’ll be angry. Other spoilers tease Peter August (Wes Ramsay) will continue to wonder about his connection to Alex Merrick (Finola Hughes).

Over with Julian, who will come up with a new scheme to keep himself out of harm’s way. And indeed, he’ll survive the week but there’s more trouble ahead for the former mobster. That includes Alexis, who will ream him out once again.
Meanwhile, spoilers tease Will and Michael will be in for a shock that will draw them closer together. Will the couple finally find out Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) lied to them about their fake affair?
General Hospital Scoop – Carly Corinthos Tells Jax About The Half Heart Necklace
Finally, Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) will spill the beans to Jax about the half a heart necklace. When she saw it on Avery Corinthos’ neck, she realized it had been Nelle Benson’s (Chloe Lanier). But instead of cluing Nina in, Jax will hide the truth from her.
Part of him will want to tell her, but the other part wants to shield her from the hurt she’d feel if she found out the newly deceased Nelle really was her daughter. Will Nina turn to Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) if she finds out her boyfriend betrayed her?
