The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop for Thursday, December 12 reveals Devon Winters (Bryton James) will be thrilled by Lily Winters’ (Christel Khalil) news.
Also coming up, Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) will make Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) a promise. Plus, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will tell Claire Newman (Hayley Erin) she’ll have to make a choice. And Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) will hash things out.
Y&R spoilers tease Jack will tell Victor to save his atta boys for somebody who needs it. “Piece of advice,” Victor will say. “Enjoy your win, they’re few and far between.” Then Kyle will walk over and ask what that was about.
Y&R Daily Scoop – Jack Didn’t See How Much He Was Hurting
“That little performance was for an audience of one, himself,” Jack will tell his son. Kyle will say he knows one thing for sure, if you’re not related to Victor, he’ll screw you over. “I’m an idiot.” But Jack will say no he’s not, he’s human.
“I’m sorry dad,” Kyle will tell him. And Jack will say once again he’s a proud father. “Kyle I’m sorry, I did not see how much you were hurting.” He’ll add it was a mistake for him to tell Kyle and his mother to work things out for themselves. But Kyle will say he doesn’t need to take full responsibility.
Then he’ll will point out that when he and Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) fought there was a lot of anger. “Do you completely trust her now?” he’ll ask. “Those fights seemed so convincing.” Jack will say he trusts her completely and didn’t mean any of the things he said.
At the ranch, Claire and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will show up. And Claire will be stunned when she sees a rack with outfits, jewelry, etc. “You are about to make your debut at Chancellor Industries,” Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will say. Claire will tell them they’re spoiling her.
Victor will arrive home and Nikki will say they’re refreshing Claire’s wardrobe for her new career. “We’re all so excited for you, we’re going to be there for everything you need,” Victoria will tell her daughter.
But he’ll say he’d like a moment alone with Claire. So, Victor will start by asking if she’s excited about her new job. He’ll tell her she needs to focus, with no personal distractions. “This is about my relationship with Kyle,” she’ll assume, and rightly so.
Young And The Restless Scoop – Audra Wants His Family To Adore Her
The Mustache will tell her the Abbotts are not a stable family. He’ll add that harsh things were said. As far as he’s concerned, there will be no coming back for them. “They don’t even know it.” Victor will add that the time will come when she’ll have to choose her allegiance. Either to her own family, or the Abbotts. “Are you ready for that?”
But Claire will say she can’t imagine a reason why she’d have to choose between Kyle and her family. “The only thing I can come up with is if you were to make another move against them,” she’ll tell her grandfather. “Any decision I make is going to be my own.”
Meanwhile, Devon will arrive at Nate’s place. When Audra comes down the stairs, he’ll make a face and ask if she’s moved in. She’ll jokingly say he won’t believe what she’s done with the place. Once she leaves, Devon will ask how serious they’re getting.
Nate will say it’s more than casual. “But we’re not out shopping for rings.” Devon will ask if he’s heard from Lily, because he’s worried about her after all she’s been through lately. But Nate will say he hasn’t. He and Devon will leave and Nate will meet up with Audra at Crimson Lights.
They’ll run into Lily, who will give Audra the brush off. “Is your family going to despise me forever?” she’ll ask Nate. He’ll say he thought she didn’t care what other people thought about her. But Audra wants to win over his family, for his sake. “I don’t want them just to like me, I want them to adore me.”
Finally, Devon will return home to Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway). They’ll kiss and there’ll be a knock on the door. It’s Lily. Abby will leave them alone and she’ll tell brother she made a decision. “I wanna come work with you at Winters and make it a true family company,” she’ll tell Devon. “Really?” Devon will reply, embracing his sister. “Oh man.”
