The Days Of Our Lives (DOOL) scoop for Thursday, May 7 hints that Gabi Hernandez (Camila Banus) will kiss Jake (Brandon Barash).
Also coming up on Thursday, Hope Brady (Kristian Alfonso) and Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) will bond, as they try to put the past behind them. Plus, Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) will find himself in danger.
Let’s start with Hope and Steve, who will attempt to put Princess Gina and Stefano DiMera to rest. Both of them feel incredibly guilty about the damage they caused to people they love. The pair will find the photo of Steve as Stefano and rip the image away. They will restore the portrait to its former glory, showing the real Stefano (Joseph Mascolo).

As Hope and Steve continue to bond, fans are wondering if they are headed for romance. These two seem to have good chemistry together, but only time will tell. And speaking of Kayla, Marlena Evans (Deirdre Hall) will ask her some pointed questions about her feelings for Steve. Kayla will tell her that she’s not very fond of Steve’s budding friendship with Hope. “That pisses me off,” she’ll say.
Over with Ben, who will find himself in grave danger. Spoilers tease some thugs will walk into the auto shop, looking for Jake. Instead, they’ll find Ben and after a fierce confrontation, they’ll knock him out cold.

Finally, Gabi will employ a very different tactic with Jake on Thursday. The last time she ran into him, at the park, he told her he is not her husband Stefan, he is a mechanic named Jake. “I never seen you before,” he said. A furious Gabi accused him of lying and slapped his face.
Gabi will take matters into her own hands and lay a kiss on Jake. And rumor has it, he won’t take kindly to it. He’ll push her away and ask her if she’s on any prescription medication. Is Jake telling the truth? Or is he really Stefan, trying to protect Gabi from something?
