The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop for Friday, October 11 reveals Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will admit she and Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) were using Lily Winters (Christel Khalil).
Also coming up, Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) will confide in Devon Winters (Bryton James). Plus, Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei) doesn’t like Chance Chancellor’s (Conner Floyd) theory. And Claire Grace (Hayley Erin) will get a history lesson from Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman).
Y&R spoilers tease Claire will tell Jack she’s concerned about Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor). He admitted he set up a trap to get Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) fired from Glissade. “He got so much pleasure out of taking her down.” She’ll say it triggered something because that’s the kind of person she grew up with.
Jack will say he’s not surprised. “My son has turned away from his family and turned to your grandfather.” He’ll say he’s all but certain Victor’s the anonymous investor at Glissade. Jack will add Victor does whatever it takes to win and then some. “And it is never about business, it is always personal.”
Y&R Daily Scoop – Daniel Doesn’t Want To Disrespect Her Memory
He’ll continue that Victor has a visceral hatred of him that goes back decades. “He knows that what’s happening with Kyle is breaking my heart and he is twisting the knife and enjoying every minute of it.” Claire will say that doesn’t sound like the Victor she knows. But Jack will say he’s leading Kyle down a dark path he may never come back from. So, Claire will ask how she can help.
At Daniel’s apartment, Chance will arrive and tell Daniel he talked to Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) last night. “Is it true that you and Heather had a fight, the night she died?” He’ll add that Sharon was there that night and Daniel will be shocked.
“Something just seems off about this,” Daniel will say. “What was she doing here in the first place?” Chance will tell him she was there to apologize and ask if it’s possible Sharon is telling the truth. He’ll tell him he’s also wondering if Heather Stevens (Vail Bloom) was seeing someone else.
Daniel will ask where he came up with that and add that he’s way off base. But Chance will ask his permission to search the apartment. “No. No. No!” Daniel will reply, saying there’s no way he’s going to let Chance disrespect Heather’s memory.
Meanwhile, Devon will meet up with Lily and ask her if she has Victor’s promise, to reinstate her as head of Chancellor, in writing. She’ll say no but she has no reason to doubt it. Besides, she’ll ask her brother, who else would Victor hire to run Chancellor?
So, Devon will say Nikki let it slip that Victor’s surprising her with a priceless gift. “If it’s going to come down to a competition between you and Nikki, who do you think he’s going to pick?” he’ll ask. But Lily will say she he’s wrong. “Nikki would never do that to me.”
Young And The Restless Scoop – Victor Tells Lily It’s All A Moot Point
After Lily storms off, Nate will arrive and Devon will fill him in. “I just know that this is going to crush Lily,” he’ll say. Devon will tell Nate that if it turns out to be true, he’s going to have a major problem with his future father-in-law.
Then Nate will tell Devon about Amy Lewis (Valarie Pettiford). She tracked him down and gave him some mementos from when she dated his father. But he got a strange vibe that her calling him out there was a cover for something else.
As for Lily, she’ll head to Newman Enterprises to confront Victor. “I have some serious problems with our partnership and would like them to be solved today,” she’ll tell him. Lily will add it feels like Victor is stringing her along. So, she’ll ask if he’s going to make Nikki CEO.
“Until we have possession of Chancellor, all these are moot points,” he’ll reply. “Well if that’s your answer, that’s not good enough,” she’ll reply and leave. Then she’ll track down Nikki at the GCAC. “I need to know if something I suspect is right or wrong, and you’re the only person who can tell me.”
She’ll tell Nikki she thinks of her as a friend and Nikki will ask what’s going on. “I feel like I’m being played and I really hope I’m overreacting.” Nikki will ask by who. And Lily will say her and Victor. “Are you both using me to take over Chancellor to eventually push me out? Is he going to make you CEO of Chancellor?”
Finally, Nikki will admit it’s true. “I guess the idea of taking over Katherine’s company clouded my judgement and for that Lily I am truly sorry.” Lily will say Nikki made her feel like they were on the same team. And Nikki will say they are and can still do great things together. But Lily won’t be having it. “I’m done,” she’ll say. “I’m done with both of you.”
