The Young And The Restless (Y&R) preview for the week of August 19 reveals Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will make one of his signature rash moves.
Also coming up, Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) will put Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) on the hot seat. Plus, Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) will tell Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) they need to fight fire with fire.
Y&R spoilers tease Jack and Diane will discuss Kyle Abbott (Peter Bergman) and what they should do to bring their prodigal son back to the family fold. So, Diane will tell her husband they should ask themselves what Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) would do.

Jack will admit he hates lowering himself to Victor’s level. “Well if it takes a little moral compromise to save our son,” Diane replies in the Y&R weekly preview. “I am willing and able to make the sacrifice.”
Meanwhile, on Friday’s Y&R, Sally will wait for Adam to arrive home. Once he gets there, he’ll pretend that everything is okay. Even though he wonders if she overhead him and Chelsea in the park earlier in the day. Instead, he’ll rattle on about Connor Newman (Judah Mackey).
But Sally won’t be having it and will tell Adam she wants the truth. “Yes or no,” she’ll ask her boyfriend. “Did you sleep with Chelsea in Baltimore?” But will Adam come clean?

Finally, Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) will be in disbelief, when she meets up with Billy at the Jazz Club. After confronting Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan), Billy Boy will find himself in a particularly bad mood. And he will take it out on an unsuspecting Lily.
“I’m gonna fly solo at Abbott Chancellor,” he’ll tell his co-CEO. “And your services are no longer needed.” Although Lily will be shocked, is Billy actually doing her a favor?
