The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop for Tuesday, April 23 reveals Lily Winters’ (Christel Khalil) decision will displease Devon Winters (Bryton James).
Also coming up, Dave (Andre Hotchko) will admit he let Jordan (Colleen Zenk) borrow his truck. Plus, Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will leave a message for Jordan. And Mamie Johnson (Veronica Redd) will tell Lily she can’t trust Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson).
Y&R spoilers tease Nikki will tell Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) and Cole Howard (J. Eddie Peck) she’s Claire Grace (Hayley Erin) and Harrison Locke’s (Redding Munsell) best chance. But Victoria will hesitate and Nikki will storm out and take a sip of vodka. However, Cole will encourage Victoria to let Nikki make just one phone call.
Y&R Daily Scoop – Nikki Will Wait For Jordan In An Alleyway
Nikki will return, Victoria will give her the number and she’ll leave a message for Jordan, taunting her. “I know what you really want, you wanna punish me. You hate me, so let’s do it, once and for all.” Then she’ll tell her where she’s going to be in an hour.
Nikki tell Victoria and Cole she’s going to inform Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) about her plan and let him take it from there. But instead, Nikki will head to the location where she told Jordan she’d be and she’ll wait for her to show up.
Meanwhile, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will tell Dave lives are at risk. “Out with it, what do you know?” But Dave will say he told the police everything he knows. Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) will tell him his little boy is seven years old. “Right now, he doesn’t have his school, his friends, his bed and his parents,” he’ll add. “So how can you hear me say this and stay silent?!”
Then Dave will crack. He’ll say he had no idea what the woman was going to do. But she offered to pay his gambling debts. After she “borrowed” the truck, he met her afterwards at a diner. And he’ll give them the location.
Victor will suggest he take the hundred thousand and move somewhere else. He’ll say the last man who had contact with Jordan is no longer living. Dave’s eyes will widen. “Dead like road kill,” Victor will say. “You better pray that we get to her first.”
At Chancellor-Winters, Lily will need to vote on whether Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) should rejoin the board. “Don’t keep us in suspense,” Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) will say, although she’ll assume Lily’s going to vote with Devon. But before she answers, Nate will tell his cousin she shouldn’t feel like she has to vote in his favor. And Billy will tell her to go with her gut. “I’m going to have to vote no,” Lily will say.
Young And The Restless Scoop – Mamie Asks Who Voted Against Nate
“Wow, I really wasn’t expecting this,” Jill will reply. But Lily will explain she doesn’t feel as though Nate has earned his place back on the board yet. Devon will ask to speak to his sister alone, but she’ll refuse. Lily will say the meeting was called to discuss Daniel Romalotti’s (Michael Graziadei) lawsuit.
“If we give Daniel back those games we would have to start over from scratch,” Lily will point out. However, Jill will say the lawsuit could get very nasty. “I have nothing to hide, it’s Daniel and Heather who should be embarrassed,” Lily will reply. So, they’ll put it to a vote and Jill and Billy will both vote against going to court. Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) will vote with Lily, leaving Devon as the tiebreaker. “I’m voting with Abby and my sister to fight the lawsuit,” he’ll say.
Lily will thank everyone and say she’s got a meeting. Billy will follow her out to the lobby. He’ll say he hopes her vote against Nate means she wants to join him in taking over Chancellor-Winters. But Lily will tell him she’s not going to betray her family. “With all due respect, I’m not going to give up,” Billy will reply.
Finally, Lily will head to Crimson Lights and meet with Mamie. She’ll tell her Devon tried to get Nate reinstated to the board but it didn’t pass. Mamie will be shocked and ask who voted against it. “I did, I voted against Nate,” Lily will say. Mamie will ask why she’d do that and she’ll say he hasn’t earned his seat back yet.
Then Mamie will ask if she’s given any more thought to dividing the company internally. “I am not going to split this company down the middle,” Lily will say. But Mamie will advise her she can’t trust Billy. “You know, maybe I shouldn’t trust you,” Lily will reply.
