Also coming up on Thursday, Quinn Forrester (Rena Sofer) will refuse to apologize to Katie Logan (Heather Tom).
Spoilers tease that Flo is becoming increasingly suspicious of Sally and Dr. Penny Escobar (Monica Ruiz). When she saw the sketch on Penny’s desk, she told her it was beautiful. Then she asked the doctor if she had drawn it.

Penny also mentioned that she had always been interested in fashion and Flo pointed out that Sally was a designer at Forrester Creations. Dr. Escobar told her that she Sally had mentioned it to her and then escorted Flo out of her office. It left Wyatt Spencer’s (Darin Brooks) girlfriend wondering what the real story was.

On Thursday, Flo will be determined to find out the truth about what’s going on between Sally and Dr. Escobar. She will sneak into Penny’s office and search for Sally’s medical file on the doctor’s laptop.
What she sees on the computer will shock her, but will she have the evidence she needs to put an end to Sally’s charade? Whatever the case, she will prepare to confront her rival and spoilers tease she will appear at Wyatt’s door and call Sally out for being a fraud.

Meanwhile, after threatening Quinn, Bill will insist she apologize to Katie for humiliating her in front of everyone at the recent Forrester family party celebrating Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Ridge Forrester’s (Thorsten Kaye) reunion.
“Quinn is a self-loathing witch who only has her own self interest at heart,” Don Diamont, who plays Bill, said to Soap Opera Digest. And Quinn will once again prove that she is all about herself, when she refuses to say she’s sorry.
