The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop for Tuesday, February 27 reveals Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) will make a bold move after her confrontation with Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver).
Also coming up, Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) will catch up with Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford). Plus, Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) will confront Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson). And Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will dole out a warning to Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John).
Y&R spoilers tease Amanda and Phyllis will catch up. Phyllis will ask her why she’s in town and Amanda will say she’s filling in for Jill at Chancellor Winters. “My mission is to shore up the Billy, Jilly, Chance side of things.” Then Phyllis will tell her friend she’s sorry about her mom, who apparently died. Offscreen, of course.
Y&R Daily Scoop – Chance Won’t Be Used By Billy Or Devon
At Society, Mamie Johnson (Veronica Redd) will tell Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) that she heard Billy and Devon Winters (Bryton James) are not getting along. Nate will tell her Billy has suggested adding the name Abbott to the company name and Mamie won’t like it one bit.
At Chancellor Winters, Billy will tell Chance not to take things personally. But Chance will say he felt like Billy’s response to his pitch was part of another issue. “You and Devon,” he’ll add. “The meeting turned into a tug of war between the two of you.”
However, Billy will lie and say there’s no power struggle. “I love working here,” Chance will reply. “But I will not be used, by you or Devon.” However, Billy will tell Chance he wants him to learn the ropes. “But if you’re going to get upset every time I make a comment, then maybe we need to rethink this situation.”
Amanda will walk in and Chance will leave. He’ll run into Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) in the lobby. She’ll follow him to Crimson Lights and tell him she’s going to be on the Chancellor Winters board. She’ll want to talk to him about Billy but he’ll change the subject to her getting a board position.
Meanwhile, Amanda will talk to Billy about Chance. She’ll remind him Chance is Jill Abbott’s (Jess Walton) grandson and they need him on their side. Amanda will also admit she’ll always have a soft spot for him. “Walking in together and seeing the two people that you love having sex on the sofa,” she’ll explain.
At the GCAC, Jack will see Tucker walk in and he’ll make a face. Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) will ask him not to approach him but of course he will. “Why don’t you do what you should have done months ago?” Jack will ask Tucker. “Hop on a jet and not look back.” Tucker will ask when he’s going to let his sister live the life she chooses.
Young And The Restless Scoop – Jack Says Tucker’s The Pathetic One
“She knows who you are now, she’s done with you, for good,” Jack will reply. But Tucker will tell him he has a pathetic iron grip on his family. “Pathetic?” Jack will ask. “I am here having lovely meal with my wife and son and you’re sitting alone at a bar, knowing your son has barred you from his life. Who’s the pathetic one here?” Then he’ll tell Tucker to stay away from Ashley. “What if she can’t stay away from me?” he’ll reply.
At the Abbott estate, Audra will say that Tucker told her she was in his suite last night. “We don’t keep secrets, our relationship is based on honesty,” she’ll continue. “You blew it, so you need to back off, he’s with me now.”
But Ashley will tell Audra she’s afraid Tucker still wants her. “We both know you’re an opportunist,” Ashley will say. “Tucker is heartbroken and he’s vulnerable, you’re there to hold his hand and whatever else.” Then Audra will brag that he’s taking her to Paris and Ashley will laugh and tell her to avoid a certain cafe. Then she’ll show Audra the door. And she’ll sit down and hear the voices in her head again.
Finally, Audra will go back to her room and Tucker will show up. He’ll guess that she went to confront Ashley. “I don’t want you to feel insecure at all,” he’ll say. “You’re the only one for me.” But a minute later his phone will ring. It’s Ashley and Tucker will say hello. “Hi,” she’ll say. “Can we meet for a drink?” And Tucker will fleetingly glance down at Audra and smile. But will he agree to meet Ashley?
