The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop for Wednesday, February 14 reveals Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will ask Claire Grace (Hayley Erin) for a considerable favor.
Also coming up, Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will tell Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) that Sally Spectra’s (Courtney Hope) business is failing. Plus, Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will provoke Jordan (Colleen Zenk). And Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will be upset with her father.
Y&R spoilers tease Adam and Nick will get a summons to meet Victor in the CEO office. But then they’ll get a text saying he’s been detained. Adam will say he wants to run something by Nick, but Victor will show up. “I got some news about the fire at the prison,” he’ll say. “That Jordan woman is missing, she survived.”
So, Adam will ask if there’s a way to set a trap for Jordan. But Victor will say he has a plan. “If there’s anything that I can do to help, you count me in,” Adam will say. And Nick will second the sentiment. Although Victor appreciates their support, he’ll tell them it’s a battle he has to fight all on his own.
Y&R Daily Scoop – Sally’s Not Asking For Another Loan
After Victor leaves, Nick will ask what Adam wanted to talk to him about. So, he’ll tell him Sally’s business is failing. He’ll say he’s going to ask Victor to follow through on the deal he offered Sally and reneged on. Nick will say he highly doubts Victor will agree to it. “That is where you come in,” Adam will reply.
At Crimson Lights, Sally will tell Chloe their business is in trouble. “It’s so frustrating, we’ve done good work,” Sally will say. Chloe will suggest Sally ask Nick for another loan. “Absolutely not,” she’ll reply. Then Chloe will suggest they take on a new partner and Sally will scoff at the idea.
Meanwhile, Victor will tell Nikki the fire at Jordan’s prison was due to arson. Out of the surviving inmates, six are unaccounted for. “She is one of them,” Nikki will say. But Victor will tell her she’ll be captured. “Wishing won’t make it so,” she’ll reply, adding they should set up a trap for her.
He’ll tell Nikki she can work from home. It’ll protect her from Jordan and from being tempted to drink. She won’t like it, but she’ll agree to it. Lauren Fenmore (Tracey E Bregman) will arrive and Nikki will say she’s grateful she’s agreed to become her COO. But she’ll also see that Nikki’s frazzled.
Nikki will explain that Jordan is on the loose and has been calling her. “I understand how big and ugly this is,” Lauren will reply, adding she went through it with Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown). “They draw their strength on your fear…that is how they break you down, that is how they win.”
Young And The Restless Scoop – Nikki Says She Has No Allies
So, Nikki will call Jordan and tell her she’s not going to beat her or her family. “You have no allies, Claire has seen the truth. In addition to you being insane, you are weak, you’re a coward,” she’ll say. “I hope you do try to come and get me at the ranch. Give me a chance to cross a line.” A few minutes later, Nikki’s phone will ring and Lauren will advise her not to answer.
At the hospital, Victoria will watch Claire with Nadia (Coco Nation), a young girl who’s staying there. Claire will explain the staff let Nadia come to her room so she could read to her. Once Nadia leaves, they’ll discuss the Greek mythology book Victoria brought for her, and its parallels to the Newman family.
Both Claire and Victoria will be surprised when Victor shows up. He’ll say he wants to ask Claire some questions. So, she’ll rightly assume that her aunt has escaped. Claire will admit Jordan recently called her, pretending to be Victoria. She didn’t tell them at the time because she put it out of her mind.
“I just wish there was something I can do to help,” she’ll say. Victor will tell her there is something, if Jordan calls her again. “Tell her I’m willing to make amends for all the hurt that I caused her sister Eve,” he’ll say. And Claire will realize he’s setting a trap and she’ll agree to it.
Finally, when Victor walks out, Victoria will follow him into the hallway. She’ll tell Victor she’s afraid this could cause a setback for her daughter. “Sweetheart, I’m concerned about your mother, not her,” he’ll reply. “End of discussion.”
