The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop for Friday, December 1 reveals Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) will have bad timing.
Also coming up, Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) will share good news with Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case). Plus, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will become suspicious when Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) gets a call from Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver). And Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) is on to Kyle.
Y&R spoilers tease Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) will try to convince Devon Winters (Bryton James) to forgive Tucker. “I can’t just pretend to feel something that I don’t feel,” he’ll tell her. But after Ashley leaves, Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) will say she thinks her mom is right. “I think we need to fight fire with fire.” However, Devon will say he’s not going to fake forgiveness.
Y&R Daily Scoop – Tucker Pulls Her Into A Steamy Smooch
Speaking of Tucker, he’ll arrive at Audra’s room and say he just met with Kyle. “He’s gathering information,” he’ll say. “What more do you need to see that he can’t be trusted?” But Audra thinks he’s wrong. So, he’ll ask her why she keeps sticking up for Kyle. “Please don’t tell me you’re falling for this guy.”
However, Audra will say there’s no substance, no love story and she has her eyes on the prize. Then they’ll discuss their own relationship and Tucker will tell her that they’re complicated. “Yes we are,” she’ll reply and he’ll pull her into a kiss. Later, Tucker will run into Ashley in the lobby and they’ll once again go over what happened between them in Paris.
Meanwhile, at the Abbott estate, Jack will take a call as Kyle walks in. “First day on the new job and you’re just getting here?” Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will ask. “Where’d you go?” Kyle will lie and say he had to deal with the electrical issue. “You still don’t trust me, do you Billy?” Kyle will ask. And Billy will say he’s having a hard time believing he’s sincere. Then Summer will walk in and Kyle will ask what she’s doing there. She’ll say he knows she’s working from there. Billy will take a call and Summer will ask Kyle why he’s already stressed out on his first day.
“My uncle is convinced, no matter what I say, I want his job and I am carrying out some underhanded scheme to get it.” But Summer will give him a look. “Well, I mean, is he wrong?” she’ll ask. “You hate that Billy is in the co-CEO spot. So are you telling me you suddenly changed your mind?” Kyle will say he’s over it, for the good of the family. But Summer will ask if he regrets leaving the co-CEO position to run Marchetti and he’ll admit he does.
Young And The Restless Scoop – Jack Watches His Son Closely
“Is it possible that coming home to Genoa City was the beginning of the end for us?” Summer will ask. “Everything would be different if we didn’t come back, but we did,” Kyle will reply. Then Jack will walk into the room and Summer will leave. Jack will reiterate how happy he is to be working side by side with his son. But Kyle will get a call from Audra, who will tell him she has to see him, now. And Jack will watch his son, with suspicion in his eyes.
At Crimson Lights, Sharon will tell Chance everything’s coming together at her company. And Chance will say he has good news of his own. “I’ve made a decision about my future.” So, Chance will tell her he’s leaving law enforcement. Sharon will admit she’s not disappointed by the news. “I think getting shot again was a wake up call,” Chance will tell her. “It’s time for a change.”
Sharon will ask if he’s sure it’s what he wants and he’ll say it is. She’ll ask him what his next move will be, career wise. “So you’re really thinking of going into the high stakes corporate world?” Sharon will ask. Chance will tell Sharon it’ll give him more time to spend with her and he’ll kiss her, just as Summer and Chelsea Newman (Melissa Claire Egan) walk in. He’ll tell Summer he’s stepping down from the GCPD and he’ll thank her for being a good friend and talking him through everything.
Finally, once they sit down together, Chelsea will ask Summer if she’s interested in Chance. “I do like him,” she’ll admit. “But it doesn’t matter, because he’s seeing Sharon, I don’t want to interfere.” So, will Summer give up on pursuing Chance?
