Also coming up on Thursday, Dr. Penny Escobar (Monica Ruiz) will find herself in a tough predicament regarding her patient.
Viewers knows Penny made a deal with Sally to lie about her condition, telling Sally in front of Katie Logan (Heather Tom) that she had a fatal illness and just weeks left to live. Now all she has to do is keep her mouth shut and Sally will help her break into the fashion industry. However, it won’t be easy for the doctor.

She could see how Sally’s fake illness was affecting Wyatt. “What am I doing? What are you doing?” she responded. “That man cares about you and you are playing with his feelings.” On Thursday, Penny will continue to feel guilty about keeping up with the pretense that Sally is dying.
Meanwhile, Sally will overhear a conversation between Wyatt and Flo. They will be discussing seeing more of each other. Now that Sally’s secret is out, they no longer have to pretend that they’ve broken up.

Although she’ll be upset, as her whole plan all along was to keep Flo and Wyatt apart so she could win him back, Sally will decide she needs to keep Flo in her corner. Rumor has it, she’ll send her something nice, probably to make her feel guilty about wanting to get together with Wyatt.
Spoilers tease that Flo will be touched by Sally’s gesture, but she’ll still have her suspicions and will continue to be adamant about finding out more details regarding Sally’s illness. And on Friday, Flo will pay Dr. Escobar a visit at the hospital.
