The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop for Wednesday, October 4 reveals Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) will find out Mamie Johnson (Veronica Redd) is the secret Chancellor Winters investor.
Also coming up, after a conversation with Adam Newman (Mark Grossman), Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) will tell Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) she’s falling for him. Plus, Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) will get an earful. And Mamie will tell Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) he belongs at Chancellor Winters.
Y&R spoilers tease Sharon will sense that something’s going on with Nick. So, Nick will tell her while he was out of town, Adam and Sally had dinner together. Sharon will say it’s doesn’t sound like a big deal. “After dinner, Adam decided to walk Sally to her room, then he kissed her,” Nick will say. Sharon will ask if he’s going to confront Adam but he’ll say not yet. “Adam does not love Sally, she’s just a trophy to him,” he’ll reply.
Y&R Scoop – Sharon’s Happy To Help A Friend
“The only way that this kiss matters is if it somehow emotionally affected her,” Sharon will point out. “Did it?” He’ll say he thinks it affected Sally more than she’s even aware of. Nick will thank her for talking him down and she’ll say she’s always happy to help a friend, “keep from dismembering his brother.” But he’ll laugh and say it’s one of the qualities that initially attracted him to her.
Meanwhile, Adam will follow Sally back to the hotel. “My brother almost ripped my head off at the park,” he’ll say. “I would like to know what brought that on.” But Sally will tell Adam to give Nick space and he’ll cool off. “Did you tell him that I kissed you, is that what set him off?” He’ll add that he needs to know, because he’s trying to repair his relationship with his family. “Oh come on Adam, you and I both know that is a complete lie,” she’ll reply, adding that everything he’s done over the last six months proves he hasn’t changed.
Sally will tell him they were in a good place, as two friends recovering from a shared trauma. “But then you had to go and ruin it by kissing me.” She’ll also add that she was just putting her life back together. “Thanks to you and this impulsive moment it’s all teetering again.” Adam will realize she’s not talking about Nick’s reaction, she’s talking about hers. “Listen to me, there is no us,” she’ll reply and tell him to stay away from her and Nick.
Sally will return to her room and have a flash back of her conversation with Nick. She’ll call him and ask him if they can talk it out. He’ll say she’s right, they need to talk and he’s on his way. When Nick arrives, he’ll see Adam at the bar. He’ll tell his brother his patience has limits and he’ll warn him to leave Sally alone. “You’re absolutely right,” Adam will reply. “I’m sorry, I crossed the line.”
Young And The Restless Scoop – How Does Sally Really Feel?
Nick will head up to Sally’s room and she’ll ask if they’re okay. “I don’t know,” he’ll reply. “That depends on you, what’s in your heart.” But he wants the truth, no matter what it is. And Sally will say the truth is that she’s falling in love with him too.
At the Jazz Club, Mamie will tell Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) she’s put together a special evening, so she can spend time with Nate, Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) and Devon Winters (Bryton James). She’ll also admit she has a major stake in Chancellor Winters. Jack will say it’s great news, but he wonders what Jill’s reaction will be. “Oh this is gonna send her over the top,” she’ll reply.
Finally, Lily will arrive and Nate will walk in with Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) on his arm and Devon will show up with Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway). Mamie will say she’s kept tabs on them. “I also know about the anger and animosity that’s been happening between you as well.” She’ll admit it breaks her heart, which is why she’s returned, to whip her family into shape. Then she’ll reveal she’s the secret Chancellor Winters investor. She’ll tell Nate it would give her great pleasure to lure him away from Newman, to rejoin them at Chancellor Winters.
“Did you just say, rejoin us?” a stunned Lily will ask. Mamie will reply that she heard her perfectly. She wants them to leave all the anger and betrayal in the past. “And we can invite Nate to rejoin us at our family’s company.” But Lily will ask what her intentions are. “Yeah, actually I’m pretty curious about that myself,” Jill will say as she walks into the club.
