The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop reveals Phyllis Summers will help set up Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) for a big fall. Which begs the question – will she ever learn from her mistakes?
Y&R spoilers tease Phyllis will hack into Jabot’s finances and transfer a large sum of money into Billy’s personal bank account, at the behest of Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John). She’ll balk at first, but the money he’s offering her is just too tempting to refuse.
Viewers will recall, it was mere weeks ago that a judge set Phyllis free after she’d faked her own death and killed Jeremy Stark (James Hyde) in self defense. And she promised that judge she’d stay on the straight and narrow.
Y&R Poll – Tucker’s Phishing Expedition Not First Time
However, thanks to Phyllis’ fake death scheme, she now owes an insurance company two million dollars. But instead of taking her son up on his job offer and working out a payment plan, she’ll take the easy way out.
Of course, this latest transgression just adds to Phyllis’ laundry list of crimes. In 1994, she tried to kill Christine Blair (Lauralee Bell) and Paul Williams (Doug Davidson) in a hit and run. She’s also committed break and enter and blackmail more than once. And those are just the tip of the iceberg, when it comes to Phyllis’ various offences.
Not to mention, Tucker’s current phishing expedition is not the first time she’s hacked into Jabot. In 2019, Phyllis used Summer Newman’s (Allison Lanier) password to gain access to the company’s server.

But there may be hope for Phyllis yet. She’ll be ashamed about what she’s done to Billy. After all, Billy has been one of the only people in Genoa City who hasn’t treated her like dirt since she returned from the dead. However, will she do the right thing and tell him the truth?
