The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop for Tuesday, September 19 reveals Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) will make Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) an offer she’ll find hard to refuse.
Also coming up, Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) will confide in Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) Plus, Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) will return home. And Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) will admit she’s attracted to Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd)
Y&R spoilers tease Sharon will tell Mariah she’s disappointed she wasn’t able to go to the west coast, because her flight was delayed. Mariah will say her daughter is getting more tests in the morning. She was hoping Tessa would be there but the weather doesn’t look great. Talk will turn to Sharon’s relationship with Chance. And Sharon will admit she may have competition.
Y&R Daily Scoop – Mariah Is Thrilled When Tessa Returns
“I’m just sensing someone else might have a growing attraction to Chance,” she’ll continue. “Summer.” She’ll explain that Chance was a sounding board for Summer when she was going through everything with Phyllis. Plus she’s not sure serious how things will get between her and Chance. “I would hate to see Summer ruin this for you,” Mariah will say. There’ll be a knock on the door and it’s Tessa. She’ll run into Mariah’s arms and they’ll embrace.
Meanwhile, Summer will run into Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei) at Society. He’ll say he’s worried about her and ask how she’s doing. “Divorce is awful but I am surprisingly okay,” she’ll reply. “I’m ready for my next adventure.” Daniel will ask if she’s talking about romance. But Summer admit that even a hint of an attraction right now scares her. Daniel will ask if it’s someone he knows.
“Sometimes it’s just friendship, but other times it’s more,” she’ll admit. “I find myself wondering why I’m feeling better when I’m talking to him.” Daniel will ask who. “Chance,” she’ll say. “Isn’t he with Sharon?” he’ll reply. But Summer will say that’s why she hates how she’s feeling right now. The last thing she wants is to be the other woman, considering what she just went through.
At the Abbott estate, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will tell Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) he doesn’t think their sister will come back from this. He also believes his conversation with Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) helped her see the light about Tucker. Billy will suggest they go on the offense, when it comes to Tucker. “If we can turn Devon against Tucker, we’re halfway there.” But Jack isn’t sure.
Young And The Restless Scoop – Jack Doesn’t Give It Any Thought
At the Jazz Club, Tucker will approach Phyllis. “What happened with Ashley?” she’ll ask. “What did you do to make her dump you?” But Tucker will basically ignore the question and tell her he assumes the insurance company that paid Jeremy Stark (James Hyde) $2 million after her “death” will want their money back. So, he’ll offer to pay off all her debt, no strings attached. “I’m not interested, at all,” Phyllis will reply.
Tucker will say all she’d have to give him in return is her IT skills. Phyllis will tell him she’ll pay it off herself. Then Jack will walk in and his eyes will narrow when he sees them sitting together. Phyllis will walk up to him and say it’s not what it looks like. “I don’t care,” Jack will reply. She’ll ask if he’s still furious with her. “I don’t really give you that much thought,” he’ll respond.
She’ll head to the lobby and run into Billy. Phyllis will tell him she just saw Tucker. “Avoid him, at all costs, for your own good,” Billy will advise. Then she’ll show up at Sharon’s and say she’d like to know what’s going on with SNA. She knows Adam Newman’s (Mark Grossman) gone. “Our history lingers, doesn’t it?” Phyllis will ask. “I was hoping your opinion about working with me shifted. Am I out of a job. Sharon?”
Finally, Phyllis will return to the GCAC to speak with Tucker. He’ll tell her he wants her to hack into a company. “Okay, I assume it’s not your business, so it’s illegal,” she’ll reply. Then she’ll ask the name of the company. “I’m only going to tell you that if you’re on board,” he’ll reply. “So, what’s it gonna be, are you in?”
