The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop for the week of September 11 reveals Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will tell Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) he’s a changed man.
Also coming up, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) will pick a date for their wedding reception. Plus, Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) will be wary of Chance Chancellor’s (Conner Floyd) connection with Summer Newman (Allison Lanier). And Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will be shocked by her father’s decision.
Y&R spoilers tease trouble in paradise for Sharon and Chance, when she notices how chummy her boyfriend is getting with Summer. Rumor has it, Sharon will be concerned and will wonder if she’s got some major competition for Chance’s affections.
Y&R Weekly Scoop – Victor Needs To Fill Co-CEO Chair
Meanwhile, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will need to fill the co-CEO chair after Nick decides to pass on returning to Newman Enterprises. And Victoria will be livid when he tells her he’s taking back his position as CEO and she’ll be stepping into the co-CEO role.
Over at the Abbott estate, Jack and Diane will excitedly plan their wedding celebration. However, their excitement may come to an abrupt end, when he learns his sister didn’t return to town with Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John). So, he’ll call a family meeting to get to the bottom of it.
Other Y&R spoilers tease Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will make it very clear she doesn’t trust Adam. Plus, Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) will confront Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei) about Heather Stevens (Vail Bloom). And Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) will make a distress call.
Young And The Restless Scoop – Nick Remains Skeptical Of Him
Finally, Adam will approach Nick at Chancellor Park.. He’ll congratulate him on taking over Nikki’s job. “Just save it,” Nick replies, on Monday’s Y&R. But Adam will tell him he’s being sincere. Not surprisingly, Nick will remain skeptical. “There have been times when we seem to build a pretty good relationship, and then, like clockwork, you do something to blow it all up.”
Nick will admit it’d be cool to have a brother who he could trust and who would always have his back. And a meek Adam will say he can’t force Nick to give him a shot. “But I can tell you that things have changed, for me at least.” But will Nick buy what Adam’s selling?

I think Nikki has always been an awful stepmother – especially to Adam, decent with Abby. Victor to my knowledge was a decent stepfather to Nikki’s son.
