The Bold And The Beautiful (B&B) scoop for Monday, March 23 reveals Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis) will inadvertently witness a betrayal.
Also coming up on Monday, Flo Fulton (Katrina Bowden) will visit Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope). Flo will hope she and her rival can smooth out their differences.
Spoilers tease Donna will come across the video of her sister Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) kissing Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) on Brooke’s digital photo frame. Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) gave it to his his wife after they reunited. On Friday’s episode, Eric Forrester (John McCook) spoke to Brooke about how people can put photos onto the online app. “I can’t wait to see what’s going to be uploaded,” Brooke said. She’ll put her sister on the hot seat, asking her how she could do such a thing. Katie has just recovered from kidney transplant surgery and is happily reunited with Bill and their son Will Spencer (Finnegan George).
Brooke will try to explain to Donna how the kiss came about. She’ll say she was upset about living apart from Ridge for months and the kiss just happened. Brooke will also tell Donna that she and Bill agreed it would never happen again.

She will also beg Donna not to tell anyone and will reiterate that the kiss was a stupid mistake and just a one time occurrence. Both Brooke and Donna will also wonder who uploaded the clip onto the digital frame in the first place. Spoilers tease that on Tuesday, the pair will frantically try to delete the video.
Meanwhile, against Katie’s wishes, Flo will head to Wyatt Spencer’s (Darin Brooks) house to see Sally. She thinks Sally is dying and she hopes they can put the past behind them. Flo would like nothing more than to befriend her rival during her last days. But what Flo doesn’t know is that Sally isn’t dying at all – it was all just a scam to get Wyatt back.
