The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop for Thursday, May 4 reveals a furious Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpi) will tell Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) he’s a liar and a cheater.
Also coming up, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) is thrilled when Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) comes home. Plus, Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) will try to make things right with Devon Hamilton (Bryton James). And Daniel Romalotti (Michael Grazaidei) thinks he and Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) should talk to the police.
Y&R spoilers tease Daniel will finally believe his sister that Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) is alive. “I can’t believe she’s been letting us suffer like this,” he’ll say. But Summer will tell him Jeremy Stark (James Hyde) manipulated her. And she’ll beg him not to say anything to anyone. Daniel will ask if Summer can live with Diane going to prison for something she didn’t do. Summer will say it’s karmic justice. “Do you hear yourself right now?” he’ll reply. “You sound just like mom.” Then Summer will be horrified when he suggests they talk to the police.
Y&R Daily Scoop – Diane Flings Herself Into Jack’s Arms
At the prison, Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) will meet with Diane. “I have some good news,” he’ll say. “By the end of today, I hope to have you out of here.” Michael will tell her he appealed the no bail order, they’ve got a different judge and the bail hearing is today.
At the Abbott estate, Jack and Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) will argue about Diane and Tucker. Jack will tell her Diane could be home as soon as today and she’ll storm out. Later, the doorbell will ring and Jack will answer. Diane will fling herself into Jack’s arms. She’ll say the judge granted her bail, although there are conditions. She’s under house arrest and her passport was taken away.
Meanwhile, Tucker will drop by Chancellor Winters. He’ll tell Devon he sold McCall to Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) but he’s going to stay in Genoa City. But he’d also like to announce the Neil Winters International Jazz Festival at the party for Neil Winters (the late Kristoff St. John), which he would produce. Devon will balk at the idea but he’ll invite Tucker to the event and the father and son will shake hands.
In LA, Elena will stand behind Nate and Victoria Newman’s (Amelia Heinle) table, eavesdropping on them. She’ll hear Nate say he wants to put aside the personal and focusing on business. Victoria will take his hand in hers and say she can’t imagine how conflicted he must be. But she wants him to take time to figure out their next steps. “So, is this what travelling on a business trip alone looks like?” Elena will say, as she makes her presence known.
Young And The Restless Scoop – Nate Tells Her He Loves Her
“Elena, this is a surprise,” Victoria will say. “Are you hungry? We haven’t ordered yet.” Elena will tell Victoria to shut up. “I don’t want to hear any more lies or excuses,” she’ll say. “This is between Nate and me.” Nate will ask what she’s doing there. She’ll tell him he doesn’t get to question her, as if she did something wrong. Then she’ll ask him what’s going on. “Victoria and I slept together,” Nate will admit.
Then Elena will grab a glass of water from the table and throw it in his face. “You told me I was being paranoid,” she’ll say. “I’ve been a complete fool. I actually held onto hope that there was some kind of misunderstanding.” She’ll ask Nate how long it’s been going on. “Because I honestly want to know how much of a liar and a cheater you are.”
However, Nate will say he tried to fight it because he loves her and she’ll glare at him. She’ll say he’s changed, and not for the good. Unless this is who he’s always been, ambitious and selfish. “Either way, you can go straight to hell,” she’ll tell him. “Or you can go back upstairs to your hotel room, with your boss. It’s over.”
