Young And The Restless: Phyllis is filled with regret

The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop for Thursday, April 6 reveals Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will begin to regret faking her death.

Also coming up, Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) will plan her mother’s memorial. Plus, Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) has some interesting information for Christine Williams (Lauralee Bell). And Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will mourn his ex-wife.

Y&R spoilers tease Summer will tell Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) she needs to arrange her mom’s memorial service. Then Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will arrive. They’ll do their best to comfort their granddaughter. Summer and Nikki will head upstairs and Victor and Jack will talk about the strange circumstances surrounding Phyllis’ death. Jack will suggest all roads lead to Jeremy Stark (James Hyde).

Y&R Daily Scoop – Michael Stunned By What He Missed

Meanwhile, Nick will tell Sally Spencer (Courtney Hope) about his tumultuous relationship with Phyllis. He’ll say he was at the lowest point in his life when they first got together. Cassie Newman (Camryn Grimes) had just died. He’ll tell Sally that Phyllis was unpredictable and exciting. “But in the long run, we weren’t meant to be together.”

Y&R Scoop: Michael plays Phyllis' voicemail for Christine

At Crimson Lights, Michael will meet with Christine. He’ll tell her he turned off the phone at the gala, but in the middle of the night, he turned it back on. “I was stunned by what I missed.” Phyllis left him a voicemail. In it she tells him Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) attacked her and she’s afraid of “that crazy bitch.” “For Phyllis to leave a message like this,” Christine will say.

Then she’ll point out that after all the decades of fighting with Phyllis, she’s the one person who has to find justice for her. “Her worst enemy.” Michael will chuckle. “It’s almost as if Phyllis planned this.” Later, Michael will remember that during her tirade, Phyllis said she had to speak out to protect herself. “She was clearly afraid of Diane, but why?” Christine will ask.

Finally, Stark will tell Phyllis their plan is working perfectly. “Good for you, you’re getting everything you ever wanted.” There’ll be a knock on the door. “No one’s supposed to know we’re here,” she’ll say. “What the hell’s going on?” It’s the EMT, who was obviously in on it. Stark will pay him off and he’ll leave.

Young And The Restless Scoop – Have The Life She Deserves

Stark will tell Phyllis Diane’s going to go down for murder and will spend the rest of her life in prison. But Phyllis will comment that she’ll spend the rest of her life wiped out of existence. “That’s not regret I’m hearing is it?” he’ll ask. She’ll say she’s worried about her kids – when she fell to the floor they seemed really frightened. “I just wasn’t expecting that.”

Stark will remind her how furious she was that her kids took Diane’s side over hers. He’ll tell her they’ll move on. “We did this thing, we have to live with it.” And he’ll thank her for changing her will to leave him half her money. Stark will ask where she’s going to reinvent herself. But Phyllis will say she didn’t want to make any future plans, in case their scheme didn’t work.

“You’ll have the life you deserve,” he’ll say. “Diane gets the life she deserves, behind bars.” Stark will call her a car but she’ll say she doesn’t know where to go. “It’s too dangerous for you to be here,” he’ll reply. “You’re leaving tonight.” Then Phyllis will glance at a news article about her planned memorial service and look distraught. But will she leave Genoa City, or defy Stark and stick around?
