The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop for Thursday, January 19 suggests Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) will tell Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) things are about to get ugly.
Also coming up, Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) and Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) may become mothers by the end of February. Plus, Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will be honest with Chelsea Newman (Melissa Claire Egan). And Lily will open up to Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson).
Y&R spoilers tease Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) will arrive at Crimson Lights. She’ll apologize to Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) for her outburst and storming out of the café recently. Sharon will tell her she understands. She’ll also say she’s going to keep what she heard to herself.

Then Mariah and Tessa will burst in. Sharon will be thrilled to see them and will ask them how it went with the potential adoption. They’ll say Delphine made up her mind. “She wants us to adopt her baby,” Mariah will say. Although nothing is set in stone. “We’re arming ourselves for the worst but sincerely hoping for the best.” Sharon will ask them when the baby is due. “If everything works out,” Mariah will reply. “We could be moms by the end of February.”
Meanwhile, Victoria will arrive at Chelsea’s door, with Johnny Abbott (Paxton Mishkind) in tow. Connor Newman (Judah Mackey) will be excited to see his half-brother and they’ll head into his room. Chelsea will tell Victoria she knows she’s not happy about this and Victoria will admit she wanted to say no. “You still don’t want Johnny around me,” Chelsea will surmise. Victoria will say he’s trying to process everything and feels like things are moving too fast. Chelsea will apologize for forcing the issue in the first place. “You’re such a good mom, his only mom, I promise you,” she’ll tell Victoria.
At Devon’s penthouse, Lily will tell him Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) wants to move forward with the IPO. “And what does that mean for me?” he’ll ask. Lily will say if they split the companies, they could lose their chance to have a successful offering. Which means they’re rejecting what he’s asking for. He’ll tell her things are going to get ugly. Lily will say they don’t have to but he’ll disagree. “You’re going to make me essentially go to war for my own company.”
Young And The Restless Scoop – Devon Won’t Face It Alone
Lily will tell him once Chancellor Winters goes public they’ll rebrand the entity as Chancellor Worldwide. Then they’ll buy him out for a very lucrative price. And he can create a brand new Hamilton Winters. “You’re holding my company hostage,” Devon will reply. “You’re forcing me to choose whether to go public with you guys, or give it up.” But Lily will say he should focus on building a new legacy, instead of fighting a lawsuit against Chancellor Winters. Then she’ll ask him to think about it before he gives her his decision.
Lily will head to Society and run into Billy. He’ll notice she’s not having a good day and will tell her she can lean on him. So, she’ll sit down at the bar and say Devon wants to end their partnership. Billy will tell her he has no doubt she’ll come up with a solution. He’ll point out she and Devon have a special bond and they’ll get over it.
Finally, Abby will arrive at Devon’s and he’ll tell her Jill won’t let him buy back his company. He’ll ask her what she thinks. She’ll say if he takes the offer he’ll make his sister happy and he can start something fresh. “Make your decision on how you see your future, not how you feel about the past.” But she’ll also say that whatever choice he makes, he won’t have to face it alone.

I think Devon should get his company back. He should not be made to have to start all over again I think Lily and Jill need to let him go and do his own thing
