The Young And The Restless (Y&R) daily scoop suggests that Adam Newman’s (Mark Grossman) blood will be boiling. He’ll find out Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) is taking the Newman Enterprises CEO position.
Also coming up, Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) and Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) will kiss, Summer Newman (Hunter King) will give Lola Rosales (Sasha Calle) some advice and Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will be furious when she discovers her room was broken into.
After making love, Nick and Phyllis agree that, although it was great, it won’t happen again. Before she goes home, she’ll advise Nick to consider the CEO job at Newman. He’ll tell her he doesn’t want to get sucked back into that place. But Phyllis will warn him that letting Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) take the position would mean nothing but trouble.

Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) and Chelsea will walk into the room and Adam will tell Victor his decision could cause a rift in their relationship they can’t ever repair. Once Adam and Chelsea leave, Victor will tell Nikki he was going to give Adam the job, but Nick was always his first choice.
Once Chelsea and Adam are back at home, he’ll tell her he wants to go to Kansas. She’ll agree to go but she’ll also say that if he wants revenge on his father for passing him over again, she’s in.

Meanwhile, Phyllis will get back to her suite at the Grand Phoenix and discover her thumb drive is gone and her laptop is covered in water. She’ll know who the main suspects are and say: “You think you’ve won? Think again.”
At Society, Kyle will wake up and glare at Theo, when he sees his arm around a sleeping Lola. Later, Theo and Lola will laugh about the look on Kyle’s face and he’ll try to kiss her. But she’ll stop him and say she wants to be sure before they go any further. Summer will return afterwards and will tell Lola she wanted to warn her about Theo. But she can see that she brings out the best in him and that if Lola and Theo were to become a couple, she would be happy for them.
Finally, Billy will wake up next to Amanda, who will tell him she had a great sleep. She’ll tell him she finally feels free, now that he ex is in prison. Billy will tell her he feels free just being with her. He’ll lean in for a kiss and she’ll kiss him back.
