Also coming up, Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) will be stunned when Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) tells her he wants to be with her, just not yet. Plus, Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) arranges for a surprise and Chelsea Newman (Melissa Claire Egan) will spend more time with Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso).

Y&R spoilers tease Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will try to cheer up his son. He pulled him out of the engagement party because he knew he was hurting. But Noah’s face will drop. He’ll tell Nick he knows he’s trying to figure out what’s going on in his head. “I know this is a lot harder for you then you’re letting on,” Nick will say. However, Noah will tell him he’s fine.

Y&R Daily Scoop – Chelsea And Rey Share A Few Laughs

Meanwhile, Chelsea will check into the Grand Phoenix for an extended stay. She’ll look around the suite, depressed. Then she’ll grab her coat and head out. She’ll land at Crimson Lights, where Rey and Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) are having a conversation about parenting. “When I see you and Nick with your children,” Rey will say. “I become extra aware that I missed out on the whole parenting thing.”

Chelsea will walk in and say she hopes she’s not interrupting. She’ll tell them she moved into the Grand Phoenix. Plus, Newman Locke is scrapping the fashion division at Newman Media, so she and Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson) are going their own way. Then Nick will arrive and he and Sharon will head to the patio. Rey will tell Chelsea it’s good that she’s putting Adam behind her. Chelsea will thank Rey for his support. “Never in a million years did I think we’d become friends.”

At Newman Media, Adam will tell Sally she should branch out from fashion. “I see a lot of potential in you,” he’ll say. “What would you say to becoming Chief Operating Officer of Newman Media?” He’ll explain he wants to prove to his father, Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) and Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi) that he can run the company. “I want you to be my partner. I trust you.”

Young And The Restless Scoop – Stop Dancing Around The Obvious

However, before Sally accepts, she’ll tell Adam they need to get one thing straightened out first, their personal relationship. “We need to stop dancing around the obvious,” Sally will say. “I can literally feel the fireworks between us.” She doesn’t want to avoid their feelings. Adam will tell her he feels the same way. He wants her as much as she wants him. “But we both know it’s not that simple.” Adam thinks they shouldn’t act on their feelings quite yet.

Finally, at their apartment, Mariah has set up a romantic surprise for Tessa. They’ll sip on chocolate martinis and talk about their future. The first part of the evening was for their friends and family, the second part is for them, Mariah will say. They’ll look at the board from their engagement party and Tessa will tell Mariah the heart is from Noah. The ladies will agree that, despite everything, Noah is happy for them.

But is he really? Suddenly, Noah will be back at Crimson Lights and Tessa will be behind him. “It’s all for you,” she’ll say. “The words, the songs. Everything.” Then she’ll kiss him. Noah will wake up in bed, gasping. Will he ever be able to get Tessa out of his head?
