The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop for Thursday, February 3 suggests Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) will get a surprising job offer.
Also coming up, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) asks Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) to investigate the clinic in Peru. Plus, Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) is taken aback by her father’s questions and Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson) and Chelsea Newman (Melissa Claire Egan) want to team up with Lauren Fenmore (Tracey E Bregman).
Y&R spoilers tease Michael will watch Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi) as he’s sitting with Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic). He’ll tell Lauren about the Peruvian clinic and say Victor is suspicious. When Ashland leaves, Michael will approach Nate and ask him what he thinks of Ashland’s treatment. “The evidence is compelling,” Nate will reply. “Almost too good to be true.”

Meanwhile, Victor will ask Victoria why Ashland isn’t at their meeting. She’ll say he had a doctor’s appointment. Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will say it’s wonderful how well Ashland is doing. “It almost borders on miraculous, doesn’t it?” Victor will say. Then he’ll comment that he wonders why Ashland went all the way to Peru when he could have found the best institutions in the United States.
After Victoria leaves the ranch, Michael will arrive. He’ll tell Victor about Nate’s offhand comment that the treatment is “almost too good to be true.” Victor isn’t sure what Ashland’s motives are “but something doesn’t smell right.” Michael will say he traced the funding for the South American clinic back to a shell company, owned by Ashland. Victor thinks all the answers they’re looking for are at the clinic in Peru and he wants Michael to go there. Michael will say Lauren is not going to like it but he’ll do it.
Back at Society, Chloe and Chelsea will arrive and meet with Lauren. They want to team up with her and Fenmores. Lauren will say as long as it doesn’t include Sally, she’ll entertain their proposal. Just then, Sally will walk in. She’ll approach their table and thank Chloe for taking a chance on her. Lauren will say she’s sure she’ll land somewhere. “Sally’s going to be just fine actually,” Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will say as he strolls in. “Because she is coming to work for me at Newman Media.”
Young And The Restless Scoop – Chelsea Watches Them Like A Hawk
When they sit at the bar, Sally will thank him for making her look less pathetic. “I actually have been considering offering you a job, for real,” Adam will say. He’ll tell her she has business savvy and Victoria likes her. “A job is yours, if you want it.” She’ll grab Adam’s hand. “Yes, I want it,” Sally will say. Chelsea will get distracted and watch Sally and Adam like a hawk.
After Lauren leaves, Chelsea will tell Chloe she’s sure there’s no job offer for Sally. Then Sally will approach their table and say it’s a big day for all of them. Adam will bring Sally’s coat and she’ll tell him they should get back to the office to discuss the details of her new job. When they return to Newman Media, Sally will hug Adam. “Thank you so much for giving me this chance,” she’ll say. When she pulls back, they’ll look at each other longingly, but they won’t kiss. At least not this time.
