Days Of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Wednesday, January 22 hint that Justin Kiriakis (Wally Kurth) will get horrible news.

Let’s start with Sarah, who is at the side of the road, having contractions. Luckily, Xander will arrive at the scene quickly and calm her down, a least a little bit. He’ll tell her he’s going to help her deliver the baby.

Xander will deliver Sarah’s baby but he won’t place it in her arms. Instead, he’ll rush to the hospital with it, where Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) is coincidentally also in labor. There will be complications with Kristen’s delivery too and she’ll struggle to give birth to a healthy child.
Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – More Terrible News Is Awaiting Sonny Kiriakis
Over with Justin, he will get a phone call telling him his wife Adrienne Kiriakis (Judi Evans) was in a car accident. He’ll make a dash for the hospital, only to be greeted by Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans) who will tell him the awful news that Adrienne has died.
Devastated and heartbroken, Justin will now need to break the terrible news to his son Sonny Kiriakis (Freddie Smith). But there’s even more awful news awaiting Sonny in the days to come.
