Soap opera spoilers tease that unfortunately, the impeachment trial hearings may preempt many of our beloved soaps this week.
General Hospital, which airs on ABC, posted a statement on its Twitter feed earlier today.
“We are currently monitoring the start of the impeachment trial in the Senate and its potential impact on today’s episode of #GH,“ the post stated. “Should it be significantly interrupted, come back here for updates on watching it elsewhere. Thank you so much for your patience.”
Soap Opera Spoilers – CBS Has Made No Announcements About Y&R And B&B Scheduling
CBS, the network that airs the Young And The Restless (Y&R) and the Bold And The Beautiful (B&B) has maintained radio silence so far. During the last round of hearings, both soaps were preempted on and off for weeks.
And we WILL be preempted this week. So, be vigilant and find us here or on the NBC App. Don’t miss these eps. @nbcdays https://t.co/H9Bnyx3BFJ

Y&R is not currently airing in the U.S. today and neither is the B&B, but no announcement on when or where today’s episodes may be seen has been announced by the network, as of this writing. And fans aren’t happy about it.
“Where is/was it broadcast?” a fan asked on the Y&R Twitter feed. “The Senate hearings have knocked it off the air. Is there an alternate channel/time?”
Soap Opera Spoilers – DOOL Fans Can Watch Their Soap Daily On The NBC App
“So seriously B&B and Y&R couldn’t say whether or not the shows would be on,” another fan commented.
Days Of Our Lives (DOOL) fans, however, can take heart! Wally Kurth, who plays Justin Kiriakis, confirmed the network will be running the show daily on its NBC app. “And we WILL be preempted this week,” Kurth posted on Twitter. “So, be vigilant and find us here or on the NBC App. Don’t miss these eps. @nbcdays.”
