The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop suggests Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will issue a warning to Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan).
As viewers know, Amanda has decided to defend her grandfather on a murder charge. Sutton Ames (Jack Landron) will stand trial for killing Amanda’s biological father, Richard Nealon.
Before she made her decision, Amanda did some digging into Richard’s past. She found out he worked at a company that gave large donations to her grandfather’s election campaign. That company was none other than Newman Enterprises.

Unfortunately, Richard uncovered a real estate bribery scheme at Newman that had something to do with her grandfather’s campaign. But was he killed as a result? When she told Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) what she’d learned, she also mentioned her father worked at Newman before Neil Winters (the late Kristoff St. John) did.

At the time of her father’s death, Victor was in his prime, but Devon told Amanda he didn’t think the business tycoon could have killed someone. However, longtime Y&R viewers know that back then, Victor was capable of just about anything. For instance, in 1980 he locked up Michael Scott (Nicholas Benedict) in a dungeon for weeks, because he was having an affair with his wife.
Spoilers tease Amanda will do even more digging next week and Victor will find out. Needless to say, The Mustache will not be pleased. “I will warn you,” he tells her in the Y&R weekly preview. “Don’t look at Newman Enterprises and don’t look at me.”

“I’m only trying…” Amanda will start to say, but Victor won’t let her continue. “We are done,” he’ll respond as he walks away.
But will Amanda heed Victor’s warning or will she continue to look for clues in her father’s untimely death? And if so, will the clues lead her straight to Victor?
